New – Our websites now offer a “Ticket Maintenance” system.
This allows users to submit tickets to report problems or get support on whatever they need. Users can set the status, priority and category of each ticket. This new feature has opened up our ability to track and manage our clients’ needs faster and with total accountability. As with most other sites your viewer would have to send a blind email to a webmaster and hope for a reply. With this system they don’t have to offer up their email to a stranger, they can see progress on the issue they reported, and they can interact with the webmaster in a secure friendly environment.
